The raised, round circles of this product are starting to come off after minimal use (two, so far) creating a choking hazard for our younger child. They are not breaking. They are just coming loose like they are not fused to the base plate. I am considering gluing the centers of the remainders of the rings so that this problem stops; but, I am disappointed that this product is failing with the amount of plastic used in the baseplate.
